HOW TO ORDER:

Question: How many days in advance should I place my order?

Answer: Designer turned Cake Artist, Kay, take flower cake art craftsmanship seriously! Each order is a labor of love that requires an average of 6 hours to create and complete. Please kindly place your order at least 2 weeks in advance. We need that time to work our sugary magic. Trust us, it's worth the wait!

 

CAKE CARE:

Question: What are the Important Flower Cupcake Care Tips?

Answer: 1. No Direct Sunlight

Direct sunlight is a big "nope" for these delicate buttercream flowers!

2. Keep Them COOL in the car
If you're taking them for a ride, make sure the car stays cooler (Below 18 Degree Celsius). Please avoid our delicate buttercream flower petals melting in warm temperature or direct sunlight in the car!

3. Store in Refrigerator and Put in Room Temperature for 2 hours before Serving!
Buttercream flowers will firm up when chilled in the refrigerator. Just allow it to come to room temperature for 2 hours before serving for the best soft and creamy texture and flavors.

Answer: Our flower cakes are made fresh without any preservatives. To experience the pinnacle of taste and texture, we recommend devouring them within 2 days of receiving your order.
